General provisions

Services and digital content of yooma.su (admin/vip privileges, in-game items, and other digital content) are activated instantly on the game servers. Under the general rule of Art. 26.1 of the Russian Federation Law "On Consumer Rights Protection" No. 2300-1 of 07.02.1992, the return of activated digital content of proper quality is not provided for. As a compromise, yooma.su accepts refund requests on the terms described below.

How to apply

A refund request is submitted via the support widget on the site — the round button in the bottom-right corner of the page (to the left of the chat). In your message, specify:

  • your steam_id or email used for payment;
  • the amount, date, and method of payment;
  • the item/service for which a refund is requested;
  • the reason for the request.

Refund of unused site balance

If funds were topped up but not spent on any service/privilege, a full refund is possible to the same payment instrument (card, wallet) used for the original payment. A payment-system fee may apply — it is withheld separately by the payment gateway, not by the Operator.

Refund of activated admin/vip privileges (permanent)

4.1. Refund of an activated permanent privilege is processed ONLY to the internal site balance — not to a bank card or any external payment instrument.

4.2. The refund amount is calculated as:

refund = original price − (original price / 3) − 100 RUB × number of full months of use

A month of use is counted from the privilege activation date to the request submission date.

4.3. If the calculated value is zero or negative — no refund is processed.

4.4. Example: privilege purchased for 1500 RUB, used for 4 full months. Refund = 1500 − 500 − 400 = 600 RUB to the site balance.

Privilege transfer or rights upgrade

Transferring an admin/vip privilege from one Steam account to another, as well as upgrading rights within an existing privilege — 150 RUB, paid by topping up the site balance.

Cases where refund is not possible

  • the activated privilege is in a frozen state at the time of the request;
  • enough time has passed since activation that the calculation under cl. 4.2 yields zero or a negative value;
  • the funds have already been spent on consumable digital content (one-time items, cases, temporary privileges);
  • the goods were received as part of a promotion, gift, referral program, or other free mechanic;
  • the request is submitted by someone other than the rightful owner of the Steam account to which the purchase is linked;
  • the purchase was made in violation of the service rules (multi-accounts, ban evasion, etc.).

Processing time

Requests are processed in the order received, with a typical turnaround of up to 7 business days from the creation of the support widget conversation. In disputed cases (rule violations, active sanctions) the period may be extended to 14 business days. The decision and refund amount calculation are sent as a reply in the same conversation.

Relation to the offer agreement

These rules are part of the offer agreement published at https://files.yooma.su/oferta.pdf and apply together with it. In case of discrepancy, the provisions of these rules take precedence in matters relating to refunds.
